Activities, logic and field entries are held locally and sync when a connection returns. Losing signal in a basement or a lift shaft does not stop data entry.

Sign in with the account you already use on the web. Nothing is duplicated and nothing is exported — it is one workspace seen through two windows.

A free companion app for iPhone and Android. Sign in with the workspace account you already have to see today's assigned work, capture photos, and file daily reports from the jobsite. It is not a separate subscription and there is nothing to buy in it — office licences are managed here on the web.
Store listings are in review. Until they are live, the web app runs in any mobile browser and can be added to a home screen.
Linux and the browser
Linux builds come out of the same pipeline but are unsigned and unsupported for now. The web app runs in any modern browser today and installs to a desktop or home screen straight from the browser, with no store involved.
PricingWhat the desktop build does not do yet
AI assistance, photo classification, voice transcription, invites and billing all need a connection — the desktop app is offline-capable, not offline-only. Reading legacy SureTrak .PRJ files is on the roadmap and is not in this build.
