Bearing

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using Bearing, you agree to these terms. These terms are an agreement between you and Bearing Systems LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("Bearing", "we"). If you use Bearing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

The Service

Bearing provides construction project management software — CPM scheduling, cost tracking, field documentation, and AI-assisted features — delivered as a web application.

Accounts & Trials

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity within your workspace. New workspaces include a 14-day free trial; after the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Your Data

You own the project data you put into Bearing. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that data in order to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or probe security, no reselling access, and no interfering with other customers' use of the platform.

AI Features

AI-generated output — schedule suggestions, extracted action items, estimates — can be wrong. It is provided as an aid, not professional advice. Review it before relying on it for scheduling, financial, or contractual decisions.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that schedules, calculations, or forecasts will be error-free, and we are not liable for project delays, cost overruns, or decisions made based on data or output in the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your project data for 30 days.

Changes, Law & Contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Questions: support@bearingcpm.com. Legal notice must be sent in writing to Bearing Systems LLC, 8401 Mayland Dr, Ste A, Richmond, VA 23294, USA.
